We are seeking a Risk Product Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of First Line of Defense Risk and Compliance at Worldline Merchant Services Italia. Your role will be to ensure that the company's risk operations and tools adhere to Worldline policies over time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects within Merchant Risk, managing deadlines and priorities.
• Support and ensure project goals and results are aligned with sponsors and steering committees.
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, requirements definition, implementation, training, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Drive change in Risk Operations by introducing actions to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and remediate issues.
• Engage with stakeholders across Risk Operations, including Compliance, Internal Audit, IT, and Business units.
• Work proactively in a fast-paced environment, continuously seeking project efficiencies.
• Participate in vendor management, including relationship management, service agreement negotiation, and service monitoring.

Who Are We Looking For

We seek innovative thinkers capable of driving positive change, with passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to learn and grow. Specifically, we look for:

• A Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Law.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in banking or payments industries.
• Strong project management experience.
• Deep understanding of risk and operations domains; experience in credit or fraud risk is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for project and team interactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
