Competenze

• Fluente in inglese (parlato e scritto).

Job Purpose / Role

Reporting to the Risk Prevention Engineering Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing risk prevention strategies for Corporate Client and Construction risks in the Italian market. You will support the local strategy to help achieve Allianz Mid Corporate growth and profitability targets, while maintaining strong ties to the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk visits and report according to Allianz group standards on risk assessment and improvement.
• Implement Risk Assessment Review Criteria consistently.
• Collaborate proactively with underwriting teams to support underwriting activities and risk understanding.
• Ensure engineering practices adhere to corporate guidelines, rules, principles, and local regulations.
• Support the underwriting team in developing and modifying products.

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Risk Prevention Engineering for corporate and construction risks, including engineering professional firms, is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Expertise in risk assessment for property, risk engineering, and liability sectors.
• Experience managing projects is a plus.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Office 365 and collaborative tools.
• Data Analytics skills.
