Offer Description

Candidates should demonstrate a strong ability to conduct research and experimentation within key Made-in-Italy sectors such as textiles and furniture. This involves integrating digital design skills with the material culture of artisanal production that characterizes these contexts. The candidate is expected to develop skills and gain experience in the systems, processes, and tools used by designers to enhance both material circularity and the sustainability of production processes. These goals are achievable through the proper management of the relationship between design and production methods. Ability to manage the complexity of the relationship designer-industry, and inclination for dialogue with other disciplinary fields contributing to the pursuit of sustainable innovation based on experimentation and impact analysis. This approach aligns with open innovation paradigm, in accordance with goals of the EU and with the research initiatives carried on PNRR.
