About The PositionBased in Rome, Italy, and under the supervision of the Associate Officer, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative, logistical, and operational support to several research programs (this is a 50% part-time assignment).
ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant will act as focal point for processing requests made by research staff, in compliance with institutional policies and procedures to contribute to the efficient delivery of projects.
More Specifically, The Assistant WillTerms of employment: This is a locally recruited, part-time (50%) position based in Rome, Italy at the Alliance Headquarters. All benefits are denominated and paid in Euro. The salary is level 5, on a scale of 14 levels, with level 14 being the highest. The salary range starts from Euro 39,370 per annum, to be pro-rated at part-time 50%. The Alliance offers an attractive remuneration package that includes a competitive salary, leave provisions, medical and life insurance, and non-contributory retirement plan. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, subject to a probationary period of 6 months, and is renewable based on performance and availability of funds.
