Richemont è alla ricerca di un Trainee per il Retail Finance Back Office (RFBO) a Milano. Il candidato ideale sarà un neolaureato in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale, con competenze in SAP e Power BI, pronto a imparare e contribuire in un ambiente dinamico. La posizione prevede analisi di flussi contabili e supporto al team nella gestione delle richieste aziendali, creando opportunità di sviluppo professionale in un contesto internazionale e diversificato.

Competenze

• Neolaureati o studenti in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale.
• Conoscenze in SAP e Microsoft Power BI richieste.
• Capacità di lavorare in squadra e orientamento ai risultati importanti.

Mansioni

• Analizzare flussi contabili e di approvazione in Finanza.
• Supportare il team RFBO nella gestione richieste aziendali.
• Condurre controlli periodici sulle vendite retail.

Retail Finance Back Office (RFBO) Trainee

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will:

• Analyze accounting, information, and approval flows in Finance
• Participate in the development and completion of the Finance Area SharePoint environments
• Support the RFBO Italy team in managing business requests related to updating and maintaining the Teams group and SharePoint
• Conduct recurring controls over retail sales performed through boutique sites
• Participate in annual controls over boutique stock
• Support the RFBO team in performing fiscal controls over export sales performed by the retail flow

How will you experience success with us?

• Graduate/undergraduate in Economics or Management Engineering
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge of SAP management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Skybow Form PRO Customisation
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Results-oriented
• Systematic, proactive
• Knowledge of Python preferred
