Responsibilities
  • Provide technical pre-sale support to clients in the Middle East region across different market segments (Aerospace and Defense, Wireless and Research).
  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations at customer sites and during marketing events.
  • Deliver pre-sale activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
  • Training and solution delivery.
  • Be an integral part of the Keysight sales team, contributing to sales strategies and goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of RF&uW test fundamentals in theory and practical measurement application.
  • Practical experience using Vector Signal Analyzers, Vector Signal Generators, and Network Analyzers. Knowledge of High-end Oscilloscopes and digital applications is considered a plus.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant wireless technologies such as 5G and radar is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently (two weeks every six weeks) to the Middle East region.
  • Proficiency in English. Arabic knowledge is nice to have.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
