Rewards Services – Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support country-specific Rewards programs and benefits, including:
  • Compensation Programs: Global Salary Review (GSR); Employee Share Ownership Program (WESOP)
  • Benefits Management: Pension plans and retirement schemes; Wellbeing and wellness initiatives
  • Operational & Strategic Support: Design and implement new benefits aligned with local needs and global strategy
  • Manage Total Reward Statements and Flexible Benefits platforms
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations through coordination with external providers
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
  • Participate in market benchmarking and compensation surveys
  • Monitor trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits
  • Respond to internal queries and provide expert support on reward-related topics
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Human Resources Management
  • Economics and Management
  • Law (preferably with coursework or specialization in Labor Law)
  • Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in handling and interpreting data
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English (Upper-intermediate to advanced level)
  • Previous experience in multinational environments is a plus
