Responsibilities
- Manage and support country-specific Rewards programs and benefits, including:
- Compensation Programs: Global Salary Review (GSR); Employee Share Ownership Program (WESOP)
- Benefits Management: Pension plans and retirement schemes; Wellbeing and wellness initiatives
- Operational & Strategic Support: Design and implement new benefits aligned with local needs and global strategy
- Manage Total Reward Statements and Flexible Benefits platforms
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations through coordination with external providers
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
- Participate in market benchmarking and compensation surveys
- Monitor trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits
- Respond to internal queries and provide expert support on reward-related topics
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Human Resources Management
- Economics and Management
- Law (preferably with coursework or specialization in Labor Law)
- Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- Strong analytical mindset and experience in handling and interpreting data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English (Upper-intermediate to advanced level)
- Previous experience in multinational environments is a plus
