Job summary

Amazon in Milano is offering an internship where you will build, test, and learn alongside teams to drive growth in e-commerce categories.

You will work with vendor managers, analyze category performance, and collaborate across marketing, in-stock, and product teams to deliver improvements.

Fluency in English and Italian, penultimate-year status in a related degree, and advanced Excel are required; relocation support and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian required.
• Penultimate-year student in a relevant degree.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, index/match, VBA).
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow Amazon's brands and improve performance within a retail category.
• Support vendor managers with services to help brands succeed, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop analytical skills by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to drive category performance.
• Build understanding of customer pain points and potential value across retail, advertising, and merchant services.
• Identify target accounts to support business growth using market data and industry intelligence.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools across the business.
• Collaborate with different parts of Amazon to implement improvement projects across teams.
