Reporting to the Retail Training Manager Europe, you will lead the sales staff’s performance improvement by maintaining a regular presence in the European stores’ network.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering customer journey training, managing inductions for new joiners, identifying training needs through coaching in-store staff and managers, and providing post-training support to enhance team performance.

MISSIONS

• Conduct training analysis regularly, follow up on completion rates, and assess the actual level of team preparation
• Plan, schedule, and execute training and coaching activities based on specific needs
• Develop creative and innovative training delivery methods
• Manage induction plans and activities for new employees
• Report weekly activity metrics
• Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to identify top talents and advise on development opportunities
• Prepare and adapt training materials and workshops
• Evaluate and improve training materials
• Track attendance and training history, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide logistical and administrative support to training activities
• Monitor the training budget

PROFILE

• Over 5 years of experience in Retail or Retail Training
• Passionate about Luxury Retail and Fashion
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; digital and AI knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of French, German, Turkish, or other languages is a plus
