Rejoignez notre département commercial en Europe du Sud en tant que Retail Trainee à Naples. Vous soutiendrez l'équipe de la boutique dans les tâches opérationnelles quotidiennes et serez ambassadeur de la Maison en assurant une expérience client de premier ordre. You will have the opportunity to join our South-East Europe Commercial Department as a Retail Trainee in boutique. In this role, you will support the entire boutique team in key daily operational tasks and actions.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will contribute to client welcoming and boutique experience, traffic management, and ensuring visitors are cared for efficiently.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will :

• Ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance.
• Manage and direct traffic, seat clients when possible, and offer drinks or reading materials.
• Inform clients about waiting times and ensure the first available Sales Associate attends to them.
• Adapt to client needs and expectations.
• Transmit the passion and values of the Maison by developing strong product knowledge from technical, storytelling, and client perspectives.
• Support / discreetly assist in various service and transaction-related tasks during sales.
• Coordinate between Sales Associates, Stockists, Cashiers, and Boutique Assistants.
• Proceed with gift wrapping and cordon changes.
• Accompany clients to the door upon departure.
• Assist with After Sales duties without handling payments.
• Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
• Participate in boutique setup and teardown at opening and closing times.
• Support the ordering of boutique supplies (bags, drinks, materials, office supplies, etc.).
• Ensure the boutique, windows, and counters are in perfect condition.
