Descrizione del lavoro

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all activities within assigned sales outlets, ensuring the achievement of both quantitative objectives (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image), in accordance with Brand guidelines and company standards.

The core responsibilities include:

  1. Guaranteeing that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the stores are met in economic terms and in maintaining the correct Brand image.
  2. Analyzing and conducting diagnostic studies to provide rapid, tactical responses based on the specific needs and context of the stores, with a focus on long-term strategy.
  3. For Directly Operated Stores (DOS) or Concessions, being directly responsible for resources such as personnel, costs, and investments.

Qualifications:

  1. Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes store growth within the assigned area, complying with company guidelines.
  2. Manages all costs in line with the allocated budget.
  3. Maintains and enhances the image of the points of sale, staff performance, and product presentation, ensuring customer service levels meet company standards and Brand philosophy.
  4. Manages and controls POS staff, including selection, development, and task assignment, aligned with business objectives and performance expectations.
  5. Monitors ongoing store activities proactively and reactively to implement quick solutions aligning with business goals.
  6. Enhances staff knowledge through training activities such as product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and coordination with other Brand touchpoints.
  7. Coordinates and manages resources including personnel costs and investments.
  8. Encourages role development through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and efficiency improvements.
  9. Promotes the adoption and development of digital technologies for process management and stakeholder engagement.
  10. Supports operational and cultural initiatives for Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and community well-being.
