YOUR MISSION:

We are looking for talented resources to join our PUMA store at the Serravalle Scrivia (AL) Outlet, focusing on the following objectives:

  • Make PUMA the fastest sport brand in the world through strategic management and sales culture promotion
  • Hire, manage, and train a team to achieve results, ensuring training programs are executed
  • Ensure the store reaches sales and KPI targets through medium-long term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service
  • Guarantee high standards of customer service following PUMA brand values
  • Analyze customer profiles and sales trends; communicate and provide constant feedback to the Area Manager
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Reach or exceed inventory targets; manage physical inventory count following Loss Prevention rules
  • Ensure all VM rules are respected and meet or exceed PUMA standards
  • Communicate, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and events with a budget in line with company procedures

YOUR TALENT:

  • Candidates registered in the obligatory placement lists (L- 68/99) are welcome
  • 2-4 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably clothing and shoes) with trackable targets
  • Passion for the PUMA brand
  • Interest in the commercial and financial world
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Ability to present information to large groups
  • Outgoing and with strong communication and motivation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in main PC programs: Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Internet
  • Constant learning orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
