Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for the Store Director for an important luxury Italian clothing brand in Capri.

As a Store Manager, you will lead and support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. You will supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales revenue, organize events, conduct monthly coaching / counseling sessions with associates to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback, and oversee the annual review process for all store employees while setting annual employee goals. Additionally, you will identify and create action plans and build development plans for all employees. You will be a dynamic and inspiring leader with a strong background in relationship-building skills, with both external and internal clients.
