YOUR MISSION :

For our PUMA store at the Serravalle Outlet (AL), we are looking for talented individuals who want to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives :

  • Make PUMA the fastest sports brand in the world through strategic management and promotion of sales culture
  • Hire, manage, and train a team aimed at achieving results, ensuring training programs are executed
  • Ensure the store reaches sales and KPI targets through medium-long term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service
  • Maintain high standards of customer service following PUMA brand values
  • Analyze customer profiles and sales trends; communicate and provide constant feedback to the Area Manager
  • Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently
  • Achieve or exceed inventory and stock objectives; manage physical inventory counts following Loss Prevention rules
  • Ensure all VM rules are respected and meet or exceed PUMA standards
  • Communicate, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and events within the company budget

YOUR TALENT :

  • Candidates registered under mandatory employment lists (L-68 / 99) are welcome
  • 2-4 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably Clothing and Footwear) with trackable objectives
  • Passion for the PUMA brand
  • Interest in the commercial and financial world
  • Friendly, reliable personality oriented to the customer
  • Ability to achieve goals
  • Ability to present information to large groups
  • Outgoing with strong communication and personal motivation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in main PC programs : Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
