YOUR MISSION:

For our PUMA store at the Palmanova-Aiello del Friuli Outlet (UD), we are looking for talented individuals eager to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives:

  • Make PUMA the fastest sports brand in the world through strategic management and promoting a sales culture
  • Hire, manage, and train a team focused on achieving results, ensuring training programs are implemented
  • Ensure the store meets sales and KPI targets through medium to long-term strategies, expense control, sales, and customer service
  • Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with PUMA's values
  • Analyze customer profiles and sales trends; communicate and provide feedback to the Area Manager
  • Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Meet or exceed inventory and stock goals; manage physical inventory counts following Loss Prevention rules
  • Ensure all VM rules are followed and meet or exceed PUMA standards
  • Communicate, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and events within the company budget
YOUR TALENT:
  • Applicants registered under mandatory employment lists (L-68/99) are welcome
  • 2-4 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear) with measurable objectives
  • Passion for the PUMA brand
  • Interest in the commercial and financial world
  • Friendly, reliable personality oriented towards the customer
  • Goal-oriented abilities
  • Ability to present information to large groups
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and personal motivation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in main PC programs: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet
  • Continuous learning orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of English
