The jewels are distinguished by their design and traditional techniques like hand-engraving, rooted in Renaissance Italian goldsmithing traditions.

Part of Richemont since September 2019, Buccellati continues to be guided by the Buccellati family to preserve its craftsmanship and style.

Role Overview: A data-driven Retail Sales & Performance Analyst will support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of retail and sales reports. This role is crucial in enabling data-backed decisions across our retail network by providing actionable insights, performance dashboards, and analytical support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), with experience analyzing large data sets;
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and POS data;
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
• Ability to create clear presentations and reports for senior stakeholders;
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and identify trends;
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks;
• Effective communication skills to simplify data insights;
• Collaborative mindset to work with retail, finance, and commercial teams;
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain retail performance reports (sales, stock analysis, compliance);
• Gather and validate data from POS, CRM, BI platforms, etc.;
• Create dashboards and visualizations to highlight key trends;
• Ensure data consistency across teams;
• Provide insights for store performance reviews and strategic planning;
• Train regional teams and Boutique Managers on reporting tools;
• Monitor and analyze the impact of new initiatives on retail metrics.
