A d ata-driven Retail Sales & Performance Analyst will support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of retail and sales reports. This role will be instrumental in driving data-backed decision-making across our retail network by delivering actionable insights, performance dashboards, and analytical support to various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Do you match this profile?

  • Data Analysis and Data Entry : Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), with experience in analyzing large data sets;
  • BI Tools : Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
  • Reporting Tools : Experience using ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and POS data;
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail : Strong ability to work with precision and ensure data integrity;
  • Presentation Skills : Ability to translate data into clear, insightful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking : Ability to interpret data sets and identify key trends, outliers, and opportunities;
  • Organizational Skills : Managing multiple tasks, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Communication : Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify data for non-technical audiences;
  • Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with global retail, finance, and commercial teams;
  • Problem Solving : Resourceful and solutions-oriented with a proactive attitude.

What do we expect from you?

  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on retail performance (sales data, sales reports, stock analysis) and retail compliance to Maison’s commercial policies;
  • Collect and validate data from multiple sources (POS systems, CRM, BI, etc.);
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key trends and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with retail, finance and CRM teams to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency;
  • Provide insights to support store performance reviews, retail action plans, and strategic decision-making;
  • Support the training on reporting tools or platforms to Boutique Managers and regional teams;
  • Monitor the performance of new initiatives and analyze impact on retail metrics
