A data-driven Retail Sales & Performance Analyst will support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of retail and sales reports. This role is crucial for driving data-backed decisions across our retail network by delivering insights, dashboards, and analytical support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.

• Data Analysis and Entry: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), with experience analyzing large datasets;
• BI Tools: Experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
• Reporting Tools: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and POS data;
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and data integrity;
• Presentation Skills: Ability to translate data into clear reports and presentations for senior stakeholders;

What do we expect from you?

• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on retail performance and compliance with Maison’s policies;
• Collect and validate data from multiple sources (POS, CRM, BI, etc.);
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and opportunities;
• Collaborate with retail, finance, and CRM teams to ensure data consistency;
• Provide insights for store performance reviews, action plans, and strategic decisions;
• Support training on reporting tools for Boutique Managers and regional teams;
• Monitor the performance of new initiatives and analyze their impact on retail metrics.
