  • What are we looking for
  • The Cosentino team is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to cover the Emilia-Romagna area. You will be responsible for developing our strategy and managing relationships with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, maintaining current ones, understanding client needs to meet short- and long-term expectations, and delivering excellent service to various sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. You should be willing to work with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads.
  • What you will do
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining positive, profitable relationships. You will work with different segments:
  • Sales: Develop and maintain product knowledge to present to customers; sell company products and services to clients in remodel, home improvement, cabinet making, building, and fabrication sectors; manage overall sales in your territory; maximize product visibility; promote visits to Cosentino Centers; identify new points of sale.
  • Customer Service: Provide marketing materials like samples and brochures; manage customer relationships through CRM; resolve client concerns; provide quotes; schedule visits; increase market share through displays and point-of-purchase materials; plan visit frequency based on client importance; build trust-based relationships; provide post-sale service.
  • Business Intelligence: Prepare action plans to target specific clients; collaborate with corporate and center staff; work with the General Manager and sales team on strategies; train clients on product features; monitor data in CRM.
  • What you need to succeed
  • Professional Experience: 4+ years in sales or field merchandising; 2+ years interacting with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.
  • Knowledge: Experience with customer databases, Salesforce preferred; stone fabrication or distribution experience.
  • Educational Background:
  • Required: High School / GED
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
