Position Summary

As a Sales Leader, you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader are unavailable.

Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities

• Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
• Collaborate with and lead the sales team in setting priorities, daily tasks, and responsibilities.
• Identify and communicate team and store needs to the leadership team.
• Support store operations and engage customers with the product creatively.
• Assist in back-of-house functions and store merchandising.
• Mentor and train team members, supporting their growth.
• Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.

Benefits

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; entrepreneurial, creative, flexible; excellent communication; multi-tasking; customer-focused; stylishly wardrobe self and customers; problem-solving; motivated; capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.; previous retail or apparel experience required.

Compensation

Starting at $18/hr, dependent on experience, with benefits including clothing allowance and wellness reimbursement.
