YOUR MISSION:

For the organic growth of our PUMA store at the Serravalle Outlet, we are looking for talented individuals eager to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives:

• Ensure high standards of customer service in line with PUMA’s values
• Achieve personal and store sales performance, KPIs, and profitability through effective customer service
• Accurately process sales at the cash register
• Execute and maintain all Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA’s standards
• Responsibly handle incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Identify product opportunities and communicate them to the management team

YOUR TALENT:

• Open to candidates of all genders
• Candidates registered on mandatory employment lists (L-68/99) are welcome
• Experience in retail
• Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector
• Friendly, reliable personality oriented towards customer service
• Team player with quick learning ability
• Ability to provide high levels of customer assistance and excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS programs
• Good knowledge of English and German languages
