Wehunt is seeking a Retail Real Estate Asset Management Associate to support management and performance analysis of a commercial real estate portfolio. The role blends financial analysis, business planning and asset performance monitoring, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the asset lifecycle.

You will analyse portfolio performance, assist in business plans, budgets and forecasts, coordinate reporting, monitor targets, and contribute to value-enhancement

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related discipline.
• At least 2 years in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment or related roles.
• Experience with retail or commercial real estate assets.
• Strong financial/analytical skills including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

For a growing Real Estate investment and asset management platform, we are looking for a Retail Real Estate Asset Management Associate to support the management and performance analysis of a commercial real estate portfolio.

The successful candidate will combine financial analysis, business planning and asset performance monitoring, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor the financial, commercial and operational performance of a portfolio of Retail Real Estate assets;
• Support the preparation and analysis of Business Plans, budgets and forecasts;
• Prepare and coordinate periodic management and performance reporting;
• Monitor asset performance against agreed targets and identify key trends and areas for improvement;
• Support financial analysis related to leasing activity, investment initiatives and value enhancement projects;
• Analyse key financial and operational data to support asset management and investment decisions;
• Monitor investment activities and support the analysis of project performance;
• Contribute to portfolio analysis, benchmarking and performance assessment;
• Support the preparation of financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
• Coordinate information flows and interact with internal teams, external advisors and operational partners;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, analysis and performance monitoring tools.

Requisiti

Profile

We are looking for a professional with:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline;
• At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Management, Transaction or related environments;
• Exposure to Retail or Commercial Real Estate, ideally gained within portfolios including Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Outlets or other commercial destinations;
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis;
• Understanding of commercial real estate and leasing dynamics;
• Experience in financial reporting and portfolio analysis;
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus;
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage different priorities;
• A proactive, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
