Experteer Italy is seeking a role that evaluates and executes investments across Real Estate, Private Equity and Capital Markets within a family office. You work closely with leaders to support underwriting, due diligence and financial analysis, coordinating with external providers and driving efficient execution.

The position offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape investment outcomes in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting with strong performance incentives and an inclusive work environment.

In this role you evaluate and execute investments across Real Estate, Private Equity and Capital Markets within a family office. You work closely with the head of Real Estate and head of Private & Public Markets to support underwriting, due diligence and financial analysis. You coordinate with external service providers and monitor portfolio performance to inform senior management. You contribute to improving investment and operational processes across asset classes, driving efficient and integrated execution. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to shape investment outcomes in a dynamic, multidisciplinary setting.

• Support evaluation and execution of Real Estate, Private Equity and Capital Markets investments through underwriting, due diligence and financial analysis
• Assist with transaction execution and coordination across multiple investment vehicles and counterparties
• Manage relationships with external service providers (legal, tax, fund administrators, banks, etc.) involved in investment structures
• Monitor investment vehicles and portfolio companies; prepare materials, performance analyses and cash flow reporting for senior management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of investment and operational processes to streamline workflows across asset classes
• 3–5 years of buy‑side investment experience (Private Equity, Family Offices, Alternative Investment Managers or Investment Advisory)
• Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills with ability to review business plans and perform due diligence across asset classes
• Understanding of investment structures, funds, SPVs and transaction execution; exposure to Luxembourg ecosystem preferred
• Strong coordination and project management abilities; experience interacting with external stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, non‑hierarchical environment while managing multiple priorities
