  • Hybrid: based in Milan & Remote

    • About the Role
    • Participate and support campaign proposals with Sales and Campaign Management, demonstrating a broad yet detailed knowledge of the business.
    • Proactively understand clients' operational challenges and support internal functions to help resolve potential operating constraints.
    • Monitor campaign results weekly; highlight key findings to take actions and share customized reports with clients.
    • Manage and guide the Project team on delivery planning to maximise supply chain flexibility while fulfilling projected sales demand.
    • Adopt a global view of stock risk and proactively recommend options to minimise out-of-stock or surplus stock situations through close communication with supply chain management and logistics.
    • Lead and initiate internal and external meetings, inviting relevant parties for planning and implementation of the project plan.
    • Manage business plans, budgets, and processes; integrate information across departments and recommend appropriate actions for successful campaign delivery.
    • This is a varied and challenging

    • Project Manager role, offering exposure across a portfolio of global grocery and retail brands, where you will drive and maximise growth potential within the region. You will inspire, lead, collaborate, and develop within local and global teams designing solutions for our clients to reach, reward, and retain their loyalty customers across digital and physical shopper journeys.
    • About You
    • As this role spans multiple skill sets, your background could be in retail operations, FMCG, supply chain, loyalty marketing, or market research. It's essential that you're an analytical numbers person with excellent people skills to engage stakeholders and deliver campaigns successfully. Passion for retail and shopper experience, along with a commercial and global outlook, are key, and you should have:

    • Experience in stock/inventory planning, management, and reporting.
    • Extensive experience working with external suppliers and internal teams across the product lifecycle.
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects to delivery, with up-to-date knowledge of project management best practices.
    • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • A team player capable of managing and connecting with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
    • Fluent communication skills in Italian and English, with the ability to build relationships.
