We are looking for a Retail Operation Specialist to work in our TCL office in Milan.

Your responsibilities :

  • Responsible for third party Field Force team, coordinating Promoter and Retail Specialist teams operating at national level in the main stores of the most important Key Accounts.
  • Work in agreement with the Retail, Marketing and Sales Teams to transfer business needs in

dedicated field activities and ensure timing of execution coordinating different vendors involved

  • Keep track of activities deployment and be proactive in recovery plans activations
  • Develop guidelines for placing the POS materials inside the stores
  • Agency management and cost efficiency oriented
  • Responsible for the sell-out performance driven by the Promoters, accordingly with Sales target agreed with Sales team
  • Set, track and monitor monthly promoter incentive scheme with a tailor made approach driven by sales needs
  • Responsible for identifying areas with poor sales performance other than critical issues and problems, reporting any solutions and actions directly to the Retail Manager.
  • Prepare and attend regular Field Force meetings, presenting key information and results about your team.
  • Coordinate branded display agency during execution, keep track of progress accordingly with yearly plan
  • Actively communicate the wider business strategy to the team, managing weekly / monthly alignment call with field force

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the consumer electronics market
  • Good knowledge of customer guidelines
  • Proven Leadership skills to manage a Field Force. Strong retail knowledge and sales skills to transfer business needs to effective field activities
  • Strong analytical ability. Organizational and planning ability. Solutions oriented and excellent team-worker.
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power Bi and other analysis tools will be considered as a plus
  • Problem solving and ability to work under strict deadlines on multiple tasks
  • Italian and English Proficient
