Summary :
We are looking for a Retail Operation Specialist to work in our TCL office in Milan.
Your responsibilities :
- Responsible for third party Field Force team, coordinating Promoter and Retail Specialist teams operating at the national level in the main stores of the most important Key Accounts.
- Work in agreement with the Retail, Marketing, and Sales Teams to transfer business needs into dedicated field activities and ensure timing of execution by coordinating different vendors involved.
- Keep track of activity deployment and be proactive in recovery plans and activations.
- Develop guidelines for placing POS materials inside stores.
- Agency management and cost efficiency orientation.
- Responsible for the sell-out performance driven by Promoters, in line with the Sales targets.
- Set, track, and monitor monthly promoter incentive schemes tailored to sales needs.
- Identify areas with poor sales performance, report issues, and propose solutions to the Retail Manager.
- Prepare and attend regular Field Force meetings, presenting key information and results.
- Coordinate branded display agencies during execution, tracking progress according to the yearly plan.
- Communicate the wider business strategy to the team, managing weekly/monthly alignment calls with the field force.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the consumer electronics market.
- Good knowledge of customer guidelines.
- Proven leadership skills to manage a Field Force, with strong retail knowledge and sales skills to translate business needs into effective field activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities. Solutions-oriented and a good team player.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI and other analysis tools are a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under strict deadlines on multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
