We are looking for a profile who, as Retail Marketing Planning & Delivery ( protected category under Law 68/99), will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the setup of new stores and the restyling of existing ones. The role will involve managing projects, monitoring the budget and timelines, and coordinating between external suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the correct execution of brand and marketing guidelines.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate store development projects: new openings, restyling, and the roll-out of new products.
  • Oversee the setup of store materials (visuals, communication, temporary and permanent furniture).
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers (agencies, producers, installers) and internal stakeholders (design, sales, operations).
  • Plan and monitor material delivery timelines and implementation activities.
  • Ensure consistency between the elements installed in the stores and the brand’s visual identity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical or management field.
  • Experience in retail, trade marketing, or visual merchandising.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of major project management tools and Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in multi-location companies or retail networks (franchises or direct).
  • Knowledge of technical design tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) or graphic software is a plus.
  • Independence, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
