Join us as a Retail Marketing Manager at Fidenza Village! Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, this full-time maternity cover role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our retail marketing strategy.

This position is open to candidates from protected categories as per law 68/99, article 18.

About the Role

• Plan and execute retail marketing strategy for the Village.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands to enhance Village positioning.
• Stay updated on brands, products, and retail marketing events.
• Identify key trends in brand communications for alignment.
• Scout new opportunities to drive awareness and attract new brand partners.
• Map competitor landscape to monitor market evolution.
• Develop 360° retail marketing plans to achieve financial goals, including brand activations and new openings.
• Plan commercial activations using the Product Newness Moment approach.
• Manage retail marketing activations end-to-end, ensuring high quality and conducting reviews post-activation.

Role requirements

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in luxury/retail marketing.
• Proven success in executing marketing strategies to meet KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of diverse audiences and customer behaviors.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills to secure buy-in.
• Excellent project management skills for planning and executing multiple projects.
• Good organization and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian, other European languages beneficial.
