What you’ll do :
- Your main focus will be the people management of retail stores employees.
- You will consult and be aligned with line management, providing guidance and suggestions about HR matters.
- You will collect different requests from area managers, store coordinators, and the retail stores' general business.
- You will manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and work with external legal partners.
- You will handle labor relations at a national level for areas involved in litigation procedures.
- You will supervise impacts on staff during corporate reorganizations, mergers, or dismantling.
- You will use our HR information system for hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes.
- You will monitor and control staffing levels and positions, providing analysis and solutions for budgeting and forecasting.
Who you are :
- You have a master's degree in human resources, law, economics, or business administration.
- A second-level specializing master in Human Resources is a plus.
- You have about 3 years of experience in large retail or highly structured companies.
- You possess proven knowledge and skills in people management.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships.
- You are a confident speaker.
- You are proactive and well-organized.
- You are proficient in both English and Italian, written and spoken.
Preferably, you also have :
- Experience with HR ATS platforms, such as Workday.
- Strong data analysis and report assessment skills.
