A luxury goods company in Reggio Emilia is seeking an RFBO Specialist responsible for retail accounting and providing administrative support to the retail network. The ideal candidate will have finance experience, fluent communication in Italian and English, and be a proficient SAP user. Responsibilities include managing payment transactions, coordinating inventories, and overseeing financial reporting. A proactive approach and strong organizational skills are essential.

The RFBO Specialist is responsible for all Retail Accounting, providing administrative and fiscal support to the Boutique staff and coordinating the execution of monthly and year-end fiscal stocks across all Group Boutiques. The successful candidate will also serve as a SAP key user for finance in new retail projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Boutique administrative support: Support the Richemont retail network, collaborating on routine activities, departmental efficiency, and digitalization projects.
2. Retail accounting and credit card reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy of retail registrations and manage collections using SAP and Matchbox tools.
3. Management of boutique payment transactions: Focus on bank transfers via SAP.
4. Boutique stock control: Conduct checks and coordinate inventories, analyzing discrepancies.
5. Red-lights boutique management: Oversee red-light issues, ensuring proper registration for Richemont Controlling.
6. New retail projects: Act as a SAP finance key user and contribute to developing the "RFBO Italy Community" for real-time boutique updates.
7. ICS controls: Analyze monthly reports from the Group's Internal Control System.

Success Factors:
