A luxury goods company in Italy is seeking an RFBO Specialist responsible for all Retail Accounting. You will provide administrative support, manage retail accounting, conduct inventory checks, and serve as a key SAP user in new retail projects. Fluency in Italian and English, along with prior finance experience in retail, is essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency and digitalization projects.

The RFBO Specialist is responsible for all Retail Accounting, guaranteeing administrative and fiscal support to the Boutique's staff and coordinating the execution of the monthly and year-end fiscal stocks of all the Group's Boutiques. The successful candidate will be personally involved as SAP key user for finance in new retail projects.

How will you make an impact?

  • Boutique administrative support: Provide support to the Richemont retail network, collaborating on routine activities as well as all departmental efficiency and digitalization projects.
  • Retail accounting and credit card reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy of retail registrations and, using SAP and the Matchbox tool, register credit card collections.
  • Management of boutique payment transactions, especially bank transfers through SAP.
  • Boutique stock control: Conduct checks within the boutique and coordinate inventory counts, analyzing any discrepancies.
  • Red-lights boutique: Manage red-lights generated in the boutique, ensuring proper registration for the Richemont Controlling Team at month-end.
  • New retail projects: Serve as a SAP finance key user and contribute to the development of the "RFBO Italy Community" to facilitate continuous and real-time boutique updates.
  • ICS controls: Analyze monthly reports required by the Group's Internal Control System (ICS).
