This role involves providing administrative support to the retail network, ensuring accurate retail accounting, and serving as a SAP key user in new projects. The ideal candidate will have retail finance experience, excellent communication skills in Italian and English, and proficiency in SAP. The RFBO Specialist is responsible for all Retail Accounting, guaranteeing administrative and fiscal support to the Boutique's staff and coordinating the execution of the monthly and year-end fiscal stocks of all the Group's Boutiques. The successful candidate will be personally involved as SAP key user for finance in new retail projects.

How will you make an impact?

• Boutique administrative support: Provide support to the Richemont retail network, collaborating on routine activities as well as all departmental efficiency and digitalization projects.
• Retail accounting and credit card reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy of retail registrations and, using the SAP management system and Matchbox tool, register credit card collections.
• Management of boutique payment transactions: Focus on bank transfers through the SAP system.
• Boutique stock control: Conduct checks inside the boutique and coordinate inventories, analyzing any discrepancies.
• Red-lights boutique: Manage red-light reports generated in the boutique, ensuring complete registration for the Richemont Controlling Team at month-end.
• New retail projects: Serve as a SAP finance key user and participate in developing the "RFBO Italy Community" for continuous, real-time boutique updates.
• ICS controls: Analyze monthly reports required by the Group's Internal Control System.
