Job summary

Moncler is seeking a passionate Maintenance Intern to join the Architectural Design and Construction team at our Global HQ in Milan. This six-month, full-time internship will focus on supporting store maintenance, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and helping to optimize facilities and exhibits.

You will work under supervision to track requests, assist with reports and cost records, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and coordination of routine maintenance for retail stores.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance plans in line with regulations.
• Receive, track and manage maintenance requests via the system.
• Support in preparation and analysis of maintenance reports and cost tracking.
• Assist in drafting and updating operational procedures.
