Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a Maintenance Intern to join the Architectural Design and Construction department at our Global HQ. This 6-month, full-time internship starts in November and offers hands-on experience maintaining and optimizing retail facilities.

You will work on maintenance planning, site coordination with suppliers, and reporting, with English required at B2 level. Monthly allowance of €800 and meal vouchers are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Fluency in English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of retail stores and maintenance coordination.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance plans complying with regulations.
• Receive and manage requests from stores via the management system.
• Prepare, analyze and maintain reports on maintenance activities.
• Support cost tracking and update of operational procedures.

Overview

6 MONTHS | FULL-TIME | FROM NOVEMBER

We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Intern to join our Architectural Design and Construction department, in our Global HQ, in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the management, maintenance and optimization of retail stores. The primary focus will be to ensure the operational efficiency of stores by coordinating activities related to facilities, furnishings, finishes, visual merchandising installations and building structures.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of retail stores and the coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, liaising with colleagues and external suppliers and assisting with periodic monitoring and follow-up;
• Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans in compliance with local technical and Health & Safety regulations;
• Receiving, tracking and managing requests from retail stores through the dedicated management system;
• Assisting in the preparation, analysis and maintenance of reports related to maintenance activities;
• Supporting administrative activities, including cost tracking and record management;
• Contributing to process review initiatives and assisting in the drafting and updating of operational procedures

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technical drawing software such as AutoCAD
• Fluency in English(minimum B2 level)
