Retail Excellence Manager

Important pharmaceutical company, located in Rome, is looking for the position of Retail Excellence Manager.

As the Retail Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering winning retail excellence of the local business, embodying depth of understanding in what needs to be true to deliver executional excellence across the channels and will partner with the local team to deliver Best in class execution in market.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver Country Business Goals & Trade Strategy

1. Translates the annual, quarterly & monthly business priorities into winning executional plans in market.
2. Delivers budget targets.

Develop Leading Trade Principles

1. In partnership with Country & Category Managers, own defining what tools are needed to win in the market.
2. Key partner to Local Trade/Sales teams, to be the voice of external reality, building winning executional plans to deliver the budgeted plan.
3. Owns driving consistency of selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles.

Win in Executional Excellence

1. Partners with Sales & Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market across all category priorities.
2. Owns driving high quality & consistent selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles.
3. Leads POS requirements & delivery for priority categories in local market.
4. Owns execution across the country of the Perfect Store strategy, by channel & key customer for all priority categories (e.g., distribution targets, price & promotional guidance, visibility targets).
5. Own Perfect Store & DVRP measurement for the local, cross-category portfolio. Lead action plans to drive continuous year on year improvements.
