The Level Group in Milan is seeking a Business Analyst to drive performance planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across retail and e-commerce. You will turn data into actionable insights to guide commercial and management decisions, focusing on profitability and performance.

Reporting to the Planning & Performance Manager, the role involves hands-on analysis across physical stores and digital channels, budgeting, and reporting to support pricing and investment decisions.

Competenze

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, planning, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Academic background in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working across commercial performance and financial data (sales, margin, P&L, cost).
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus given the Milan base.

Mansioni

• Analyze business performance on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis with clear insight and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain forecasting and sales projection models across markets, channels, and store clusters.
• Analyze sell-through, stock exposure, and product rotation to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
