You will partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams, forecast performance, manage pipelines using CRM tools, and mentor peers to apply Apple’s business solutions across key SMB sectors.

Formación

• Availability to work schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in Mestre, Italy.
• Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
• Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsabilidades

• Establish and engage business customers by showcasing our technology and solutions.
• Mentor the team on business customer needs and solutions.
• Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, and events to recommend offerings.
• Forecast business performance through account management and pipeline building using CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance with Retail Business programs and policies.
