• To be a Sales Assistant, you should enjoy:
• Using your experience in customer service and having exceptional product knowledge to offer a top-quality brand experience to our customers
• Assisting our Leads in training new employees
• Supporting various store departments (e.g., cash management, incoming and outgoing goods, restocking, setting up displays) and advising on products to meet sales targets
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a link between online and offline sales and services in the store
• Informing customers and colleagues about CONVERSE products and services
• Enhancing your knowledge through our tools and training courses to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and CONVERSE culture
