We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Fund & Asset Management team as an Analyst focusing on Retail portfolio management.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute towards the formulation of the Annual Portfolio Strategy, assist in the preparation of business plans, and assess Estimated Rental Values (ERVs) for each shop / unit.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including tenants, landlords, property managers, development managers, brokers, and third-party appraisers.
- Update financial models, conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the models to analyze and report on the financial and operational performance of the portfolio.
- Analyze assets by monitoring significant events, market and tenants performances to identify opportunities and create new strategies to optimize returns at the asset level.
- Participate in commercial due diligence including lease reviews, rent roll analysis, and market diligence.
Experience, education, and skills required
- Excellent academic background in finance, economics, or engineering.
- At least 1 year of working experience in real estate, preferably in leasing & asset management, development, or property management.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package.
- Interest in the real estate market, curiosity, and ambition.
