We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Retail Acquisition Consultant to expand our network of merchant partners across key verticals. You will work closely with the team to understand merchant needs and experiment with innovative strategies to acquire new retail stores that will offer our service directly to their customers.

Each consultant will be assigned specific categories (verticals) and will be responsible for researching, testing, and refining the best methods to acquire new merchants within those segments.

What you’ll do :

• Engage with merchants to identify pain points and effective solutions (cold calling, email, WhatsApp, direct mail, etc.)
• Gather insights from the field to enhance our messaging, materials, and product positioning
• Monitor outreach and conversion metrics to optimize your approach

What we are looking for :

• Proven experience in outbound sales (door-to-door, cold calling, cold emailing), preferably in retail, hospitality, or local business environments
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills — able to approach store owners and staff, ask the right questions, and build trust quickly
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive — capable of taking initiative and focusing on achieving goals
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Nice to have) Experience in startups or fintech — understanding how to move fast, adapt, and prioritize
• Nice to have) Familiarity with CRM and sales tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Outreach
