KIKO MILANO recherche un Retail Accounting Junior Specialist pour rejoindre son équipe Finance et Administration. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez la gestion de la comptabilité magasin à travers l'Italie et d'autres régions, en veillant à la précision des opérations et en produisant des rapports pour différents départements. Ce poste est idéal pour ceux qui ont un diplôme en économie et une bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP, notamment SAP.

Competenze

• Diplôme en économie, licence ou équivalent.
• Connaissance des systèmes ERP (SAP un plus).
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Assurer l'exactitude des activités quotidiennes.
• Vérifier l'exactitude de la comptabilité de trésorerie quotidienne.
• Produire des rapports pour l'E-Commerce et l'Audit interne.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Retail Accounting Junior Specialist to join our Finance and Administration Team, reporting to the Retail Accounting Manager.

This role involves supporting the Retail department in managing all store accounting issues for Italy, core Europe, and the USA.

In particular, you will:

1. Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines in daily activities;
2. Verify daily cash accounting accuracy;
3. Oversee fee accounting and store receipt reconciliation;
4. Manage verification and reconciliation of receipts and reimbursements for E-Commerce;
5. Produce reports for E-Commerce, Media, CRM & Social, and Internal Auditing, mainly related to E-Commerce;
6. Generate reports for Retail and Internal Auditing related to cash differences, voided receipts, and missed closings;
7. Report turnover to landlords for rent percentage calculations;
8. Oversee closing activities for transient accounts.

What you will need to succeed

• Economics Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP is a plus);
• Understanding of accounting principles;
• Knowledge of business management software (EVA is a plus);
• Knowledge of cash management software (Piteco is a plus);
• Fluent in English.
