Il candidato ideale avrà un forte background in analisi finanziaria e capacità di negoziazione con stakeholder diversi. Questa posizione richiede un approccio strategico e una solida esperienza nel campo della ristrutturazione dei debiti, con un focus particolare su operazioni di grandi dimensioni.

Competenze

• Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in Ristrutturazione / Consulenza per Debitori.
• Competenze richieste in analisi finanziaria e valutazione aziendale.
• Fluente in inglese, sia scritto che parlato.

Restructuring Manager - UTP Top Large, Pogliano Milanese

Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of middle and top management profiles, is seeking for a prestigious financial company based in Milan, specialized in managing distressed credits:

Within the UTP Management team, the candidate will be responsible for active management of complex positions (Top Large), focusing on distressed credits towards large corporate counterparts and industrial groups. Specifically, the role involves:

1. In-depth analysis and end-to-end management of UTP Top Large positions, characterized by high exposures and complex structures (bank pools, multiple guarantees, structured debtors);
2. Drafting and updating business plans, financial forecasting models, recovery simulations, and restructuring scenarios;
3. Coordinating strategic recovery processes, defining lines of action: financial restructuring, enforcement, sale, or ongoing management;
4. Active participation in negotiation tables with entrepreneurs, banks, legal and financial advisors, courts, and other institutional stakeholders;
5. Monitoring payment cascades, advanced financial reporting, and performance analysis of managed positions;
6. Cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams to execute agreed strategies.

Requirements include:

1. A degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or related disciplines;
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in Restructuring / Debt Advisory / UTP Management, gained in Restructuring or Deal Advisory teams of Big4, specialized Corporate Finance boutiques in distressed operations, SGRs, Servicers, or UTP management teams in banks (preferably with tickets >€15M);
3. Excellent skills in financial analysis, company valuation, and scenario simulation;
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with complex stakeholders;
5. Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset;
6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
