Hotel: Grand Hotel et de Milan, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Don Carlos restaurant, an outlet featuring gastronomic offerings in collaboration with Chef Gennaro Esposito. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of service at Restaurant Don Carlos and, when necessary, supervising activities at other hotel outlets.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Restaurant Coordinator or Supervisor in high-level establishments and possesses strong service skills.

Additional desired qualities include:

• Experience in luxury hotels, starred restaurants, or chains within the luxury segment
• Good knowledge of gastronomic and enological products
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language (German or Russian) is preferred
• Familiarity with main POS systems and common software
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Customer-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and team management abilities
• Flexibility in working hours, immediate availability, and willingness to work afternoons/evenings, including weekends and holidays (5 shifts per week)

We offer a full-time contract with day shifts during the week and evening shifts.
