Prestigious 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Milan is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for the Don Carlos restaurant, a venue offering gastronomic experiences in collaboration with chef Gennaro Esposito. The candidate will join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring service quality at Restaurant Don Carlos. Additionally, the supervisor may oversee activities at other hotel outlets as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Restaurant Coordinator or Supervisor in high-level establishments and possesses solid service skills.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in luxury hotels, starred restaurants, or high-end chains
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language (German or Russian) is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems and common software
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Customer-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and team management abilities
• Flexibility in working hours; immediate availability; ability to work afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays (5-day shift work)

We offer a full-time contract with day shifts during the week and evening shifts.
