About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food, service, health & safety, and ensuring the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict adherence to our service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience
  • Manage financial performance, controlling costs and optimizing profitability
  • Comply with laws and other legal requirements
  • Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to build a highly skilled team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant departments
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hospitality or food & beverage services
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
  • Exemplary leadership and decision-making skills, emphasizing team growth and development
