Competenze

  • Expérience préalable dans la gestion de restaurants, de préférence dans des structures hôtelières importantes.

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression, surtout pendant les saisons de pointe.

Mansioni

  • Supervision et gestion du restaurant buffet et de deux restaurants à la carte.
  • Coordination des opérations de buffet pour environ 1200 couverts.
  • Gestion d'une équipe de 35/40 personnes.

HR Search, a specialized agency in recruiting and selecting qualified profiles in the hotel and financial-accounting sectors, is seeking for its client:

Restaurant Manager for a renowned Resort in Calabria (#9264)

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision and management of the buffet restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and two à la carte restaurants (only dinner)
  2. Coordination of buffet operations, serving approximately 1200 covers
  3. Management of a team of 35/40 people, including supervisors in each outlet
  4. Ensuring high service standards and providing an excellent guest experience
  5. Staff scheduling and training
  6. Monitoring inventory levels and supplies, collaborating with the kitchen team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing restaurants, preferably in large hotel structures
  • In-depth knowledge of à la carte and buffet services
  • Leadership skills and experience managing large teams in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to respond effectively to guest needs
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
