Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Milan restaurant to ensure exceptional service, quality of food and drink, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Focus on standards of operations and demonstrate strong people skills, training and developing staff to ensure all team members are trained and tested to provide excellent service.
  • Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to meet restaurant financial objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team for maximum performance.
  • Follow the success story of #saltbae and contribute to the growth of the local brand.
What do we look for?

BA / BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset); 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience and deep knowledge of operation standards and customer expectations; proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian; good time-management skills; self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; strong observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points; proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments.
