What do we look for?

  • BA / BSc degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields (asset)
  • 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience with deep knowledge of operation standards and customer expectations
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian
  • Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
