Job Description

Position: Restaurant Manager - Fast Food

Company: Synergie Italia Spa, branch of Casale, is recruiting for an important client.

The initial role will be as Crew to learn and understand the work environment. After this period, the role will transition to Manager.

The Manager, open and collaborative, manages the organization of the restaurant during their shift, including logistics and supply activities. They coordinate and develop a team of collaborators, organize training for new colleagues, and monitor and evaluate performance. They are responsible for shifts, service quality, customer reception, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High school diploma
• Teamwork orientation
• Flexibility and availability to work according to organizational needs
• At least one year of continuous experience in a company, preferably with roles of responsibility or team management
• Leadership predisposition
