TUYA is a premium dining concept inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, now expanding to Milan. We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence while delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing FOH team
• Uphold TUYA's service and brand standards at all touchpoints
• Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure efficient, cost-effective performance
• Handle staff scheduling, inventory, and supplier relations
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen, marketing, and executive teams on goals and campaigns
• Support special events and seasonal promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Passion for hospitality and premium guest experiences
• Experience in fine dining or upscale concepts is a plus
